We arrived five minutes before closing. We knew we were cutting it close but wanted to buy coffee before leaving town. They greeted us with big smiles, gave us a tour, told us all about the history of the farm, coffee & cocoa. Explained the different types of coffee, brands that they sells and where it's grown. They provided samples of everything we wanted to try and shared stories about the different types of beans. Very very enjoyable, employees were all pleasant and we will definitely visit again the next time we travel to Oahu.
I loved this place! It's a one stop shop for people to get anything they want while in Hawaii. They people were extremely friendly and the tour was pretty informative with free samples. I bought some cool souvenirs and coffee but unfortunately one coffee mug didn't survive.
This sugar museum was great. We went just 30 minutes before they closed but went on a short coffee and chocolate tour of the entire chocolate/ coffee making process. We did coffee, chocolate, and hot sauce tastings and had the option to do a spice tasting as well but didn't want to stay past closing time to be courteous to the workers who would likely love to be off on time. I loved 7 of the 10 hot sauces and will be ordering them when I get home because they ship orders via online orders. Couldn't bring it on the airplane because I never check bags. This place is worth a visit, they have everything from souvenirs to ice cream, food, art, clothing, soaps/body lotions, coffee, kitchen utensils, etc. I loved this store and will come back every time I'm on the north shore.
I know the owner well. He's a great guy and works hard. So many awesome little gifts, and Bob will take you on a tour of the place. The girls are friendly, the chocolate and coffee are awesome and overall this is a great place to stop.
I find the coolest gifts in here and I appreciate the hard work and effort they put in to find the right stuff for any idea or occasion!
Talk to the farmers who grow and process the beans. Excellent coffee and gift shop. Definitely worth the trip.
