not very friendly on our visits
Super rude, unprofessional woman on the phone answers with a grumpy "hello" instead of the store name. I ask a question and she sighs, says "hold on", drops the phone on the counter and I could even hear her being rude to the customer at the counter too. If you're working with the public, you need to be polite, well informed and friendly. Not a miserable Korg.
I buy straw from them every year for a Halloween event and they are always so nice and helpful.
