Gina has made renting from her place is Waialua, HI terrible. She stated the rental had three beds but it actually only had 2 beds. We called her to communicate this would not work and she agreed to refund us $400 if one of us found another place to stay. I was able to stay at another rental for the week but now she is saying she doesn't want to refund us. She has been rude and unprofessional to me and my family and made our stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend her to anyone.
