Very fast, courteous in every way and close!! This is where I will bring my business every time.
I've had some pretty bad service being a mainlander but this guy tops the cake. I wouldn't go back if my cars life depended on it. My recommendation is to make the extra 15 minute drive to Wahiawa and find someone there. Utterly disappointed in the lack of service and disregard for customers.

Went down to Haleiwa sevice at the old sugar mill,had my safety done quickly and easy 4/11/17 be heading back next yr.
I went there today for another safety inspection on a different vehicle, not out of preference but because he could get us in the same day and he was close. Well again the same story above, except he helped several locals before us (mainlanders) even though we were there first. I walked to him and told him we were his appointment for safety inspections. His response was, I called the DMV last time and they told me to tell you to go there. I told him these were totally different vehicles (make, model, color....hell they dont even look the same. I won't even bother telling the rest of the story but it ended with him ignoring me and walking off.
Very rude and unprofesional. This place makes me feel upset and frustrated just thinking about it.. I do not recomend this place to anyone
This is a one man show, if there were others working there might be a chance for a bit more technical expertise and customer service. I went there twice with two different vehicles which were low speed vehicles. The first time I pulled up I received no hello, no instructions where to go, what to do etc. and this is while making eye contact with me. Blatant disregard for me standing there. After finally making the effort I told him I had an appt....his response....still no words just waves and points for me to pull in the bay. This first visit ended with him not knowing what to do and he said he needed to call the DMV. I asked him to call me when he found out, a week later still no call. I moved on and just chalked it up to being too busy or not caring.
